Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Youth Assessment Specialist to join our team. This role involves delivering high-quality assessments in the Children and Young People sector, traveling to learners' workplaces, and contributing to the planning, monitoring, and achievement of set performance targets.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality assessments in the Children and Young People sector.
  • Travel to learners' workplaces for assessments.
  • Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and achievement of set performance targets.
  • Arrange additional training through day release and provide in-house training support as needed.
  • Keep detailed records of clients' achievements to meet the performance criteria established by relevant awarding bodies.

Requirements:

  • Proven occupational experience and technical competence in the Children and Young People sector.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Willingness to undergo a DBS check (cost covered by the company) and EWC registration.
  • Welsh speaking is desirable.
