Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner to join our team at NHS Scotland. As a key member of our Hospital at Night Service, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, clinically effective care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work effectively as a senior member of the Hospital at Night team, utilizing advanced clinical skills and knowledge to provide exceptional patient care.
  • Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of clinical policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Contribute to the education and training of junior staff members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Requirements

  • Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
  • Advanced clinical skills and knowledge, with a focus on patient-centered care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care.
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development, with a focus on staying up-to-date with the latest clinical practices and research.
