Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic team at Connells Group HQ in Dudley. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, and negotiating tenancies to maximize branch income and profitability.

About the Role
  • Generate and book valuations, and conduct market appraisals/valuations to instruct properties.
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies to achieve maximum income and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and colleagues to drive business growth.
  • Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve sales and lettings targets.
Requirements
  • Estate agency experience, preferably in lettings negotiation or sales negotiation.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
