We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our fantastic residential Lettings team at Connells. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Your Role:

As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you'll be responsible for:

  • Generating and booking valuations
  • Conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating tenancies
  • Maximising the overall income and profitability of your branch

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for an experienced Estate Agency professional with:

  • Estate Agency experience such as Lettings Negotiator, Sales Negotiator or Estate Agent
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment
  • Exceptional customer care/service experience
  • Resilient, positive, organised, numerate, and detail-oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Full UK driving license
