Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic residential lettings team at Connells Group HQ in Dudley.

About the Role:

  • Generate and book valuations, and conduct market appraisals/valuations to instruct properties.
  • Conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximize branch income and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively with the lettings team to achieve sales and lettings targets.

Requirements:

  • Estate agency experience, including lettings negotiation, sales negotiation, or estate agency.
  • Ability to generate new business in a target-driven environment.
  • Exceptional customer care and service experience.
  • Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Full UK driving license.
