About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Connells Group in Dudley. As a key member of our residential lettings team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations to secure new lettings opportunities
  • Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Negotiate tenancies to secure the best possible terms for our clients
  • Maximize the overall income and profitability of your branch through effective sales and marketing strategies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency, lettings negotiation, or a related field
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Full UK driving license
