Senior Lettings Negotiator Role at Connells Group HQ

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential lettings team at Connells Group HQ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of our branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations to maximize branch income
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies
  • Maximize the overall income and profitability of the branch
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency, lettings, or sales negotiation
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Full UK driving license
