We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Estate Agent to join our team at Shipways, a leading estate agency and property services provider in the UK. As a Senior Estate Agent, you will be responsible for marketing properties, liaising with local branch networks, and maintaining the highest level of customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Market properties and develop relationships with clients to achieve sales targets
- Liaise with local branch networks to ensure seamless communication and coordination
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and plans
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Estate Agent or Sales Negotiator
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Full UK driving license
