Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations to increase branch revenue
  • Conduct property viewings to showcase properties to potential tenants
  • Negotiate tenancies to secure new rentals and maximize income
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Monitor and analyze branch performance to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in estate agency, lettings negotiation, or a related field
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Full UK driving license
