About the Role:

We're seeking a results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential Lettings team at Connells. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Your Skills and Experience:

We're looking for an estate agency professional with experience in Lettings Negotiation, Sales Negotiation, or Estate Agency. You'll need to be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment, possess exceptional customer care and service experience, be resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A full UK driving license is also required.
