Senior Lettings Negotiator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Senior Lettings Negotiator to lead our residential lettings team at Connells Group HQ in Dudley. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating tenancies, and maximizing the overall income and profitability of your branch.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Generate and book valuations to maximize branch income
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate tenancies
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase branch profitability
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Work closely with the sales team to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in estate agency, lettings negotiation, or sales
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment and meet sales targets
  • Full UK driving license and ability to travel
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
