Hotel Guest Experience Coordinator

About the Role: As a Guest Relations Host at Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London, you will be the friendly face of our hotel, providing an exceptional experience for our guests. Your key role will be to ensure that our guests receive tailored service, exceeding their normal expectations.
Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure seamless guest experiences through face-to-face, telephone, and email communications.
- Meet and greet long-stay guests, regularly checking in to provide a personalized touch.
- Take pride in providing the best possible service at every interaction, from check-ins to answering the phone.
- Collaborate with other departments to achieve exceptional guest experiences.
- Maintain operational knowledge of all procedures and have a strong working knowledge of Opera.
About You: We're looking for a Guest Relations Host who embodies our values of Trust, Respect, Teamwork, Enthusiasm, Commitment, and Care. You'll have previous experience as a Guest Relations Host or Receptionist in a hotel and enjoy collaborating with others to deliver exceptional service.
