Job Description

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced System Integration Services Expert to join our team. As a key member of our Services and Maintenance Team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional engineering services to our customers across various aspects of system maintenance, installations, and service delivery.

Your primary focus will be on taking full ownership of all engineering service activities, including system installations, planned and preventative maintenance, and responding to technical call-outs. You will guarantee that all work meets or exceeds our customers' expectations and that Johnson Controls is recognized as a trusted partner in delivering world-class engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with customers, project management teams, and internal stakeholders to develop and deliver system requirements and solutions.
  • Manage system installations, maintenance tasks, and monitor all installed systems and infrastructure.
  • Ensure that solutions and services meet or exceed customer expectations.
  • Assist in the commissioning of new installations and ensure customer sign-off.
  • Conduct site surveys, prepare technical reports, and contribute to accurate project costings and designs.
  • Complete all project and service-related documentation to meet business timelines and operational standards.
  • Adhere to Johnson Controls' procedures and Health & Safety policies.
Requirements

We require an individual with extensive experience in integrated enterprise-level systems, encompassing CCTV Intruder Alarm Systems, Perimeter Detection, Access Control, Video Intercom Systems, and hands-on familiarity with Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone, FLIR Latitude, ProWatch, and Commend technologies.

A deep understanding of high-end CCTV cameras (Bosch, Axis, Optical/Thermal imaging) and Grade 3 Intruder Alarm installations (Galaxy, Texecom, and peripherals) is essential. Familiarity with Senstar Omnitrax/Fibre Patrol and Fibre Optic systems is desirable but not essential.

Excellent communication skills, both internally and externally with customers, are critical. Self-driven, enthusiastic, and able to work independently, you must have a professional demeanor and customer-centric approach.

Salary and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary of approximately £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
