Automation Engineer

The ideal candidate will have experience programming PLC's for automated machinery, creating electrical machinery designs, commissioning machinery, and holding electrical training and qualification.
Key responsibilities include carrying out full system commissioning, site installations, software integrations, customer training, and assisting with customer support visits.
We are seeking a skilled Automation Engineer to join our team in Cambridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing software and installing machinery on customer sites, split between factory work (40%) and customer site visits (60%). The role offers a competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000, flexible working hours, company van use, free lunches, pension, and overtime pay.
