A day in the life as an Integration Specialist:

  • Assist with onboarding new MealSuite clients (EMR Integrations, setup, testing, discovery calls)
  • Provide tier 2 support for integration and connection issues (VPN, ADT settings, API disconnects)
  • Create documentation (escalated concerns, setup configurations, triage support, customer settings)
  • Proactively monitor HL7 and API connections and server resources
  • Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Experience teams to develop and execute innovative processes

Our ideal candidate has knowledge of healthcare software integrations and EMR systems gained through a degree in Health Administration, Information Management or Computer Science, or an equivalent combination of training and professional experience in a customer-facing setting. The salary range for this position is $60,000-$80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

  • Knowledge of healthcare software integrations and EMR systems
  • HL7 2.3.x and API communication protocols
  • ADT order messages and ITIL best practices
  • Experience creating technical documentation and guiding team members
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to identify business gaps
  • Willingness to travel occasionally with a valid passport and no travel restrictions
