About the Job:
This HR Lead role is based in Leicester and involves overseeing a team of 11 HR advisors. As an experienced HR professional, you will provide guidance and support to your team to ensure they deliver high-quality HR advice to clients.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and direction to the HR team.
- Develop and implement effective HR strategies.
- Manage HR operations, including absence management, performance reviews, and recruitment.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Professional certification in HR (e.g., CIPD).
- Minimum 3 years' experience in HR, preferably in a leadership role.
