$55,000 - $70,000 per annum, depending on experience

Job Description

You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic initiatives to drive talent development and growth across the business. This will involve working closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet these needs.

This is a full-time permanent role and will be based in our office in Durham with travel to client offices as well as our head office in Chorley, Lancashire, as required. We do support hybrid working and you can work from home 2/3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement strategic initiatives to drive talent development and growth across the business.
  2. Work closely with our clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions to meet these needs.
  3. Lead the improvement of people capability, act as a trusted adviser and coach people managers to manage people issues successfully.
Requirements
  • Demonstrate that you have experience of developing and implementing strategic initiatives.
  • Show that you can make sound judgments based on business and commercial needs, ensuring we operate within the boundaries of employment law.
  • Tailor business-centred advice on the interpretation and application of people policies and processes.
  • Experience of managing employee relations cases, driving cases to solution.
