In this critical role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business objectives. This will involve managing day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, recruitment, and talent management. You will also serve as a trusted advisor to our senior leadership team, providing guidance on people strategy and workforce planning. To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of HR best practices and legal requirements. Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills are also essential, as well as a proactive approach to problem-solving. A CIPD qualification or equivalent experience is highly valued. In return for your expertise, you can expect a competitive salary of up to £60,000, car allowance, bonus, family healthcare, flexible working arrangements, and a full-time role with occasional travel to other sites.
