About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Chef to join our team at Aramark. As a Chef, you will be responsible for cooking and preparing food in a small kitchen onsite, serving around 60 residents 3 meals a day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cook and prepare food according to recipes and menu plans
  • Work well as part of a team of chefs, supporting one another and communicating effectively
  • Assist with deliveries and stock checks
  • Monitor and record temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries
  • Participate in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar food service environment
  • Relevant culinary qualification (level 2 minimum)
  • Excellent team player and communicator
  • DBS required for this role
