The ideal candidate will have a strong background in preparing authentic Continental dishes and specialties. With a focus on high-quality ingredients, the right candidate will be responsible for a series of kitchen operational duties, including training and supervising junior staff.

We're looking for a results-driven individual with excellent attention to detail, a creative approach to culinary excellence, and the ability to work well under pressure. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional cuisine and have a passion for innovation, we'd love to hear from you.

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Eligibility to live and work in the UK
  • Experience in preparing authentic Continental dishes and specialties
  • Technical knowledge of ingredient quality, sourcing, measuring, and formulation
  • Industrial training in a world-renowned culinary or hospitality institute
  • Previous experience of at least 3 years in this role, with a minimum of 3 years of prior experience in escalating job roles
  • Relevant Health & Safety credentials and knowledge of HACCP protocols
  • Residency within commutable distance of up to one hour

Key benefits of this role include:

  • Gross OTE salary package: circa £34,000 (including share of service charge + targeted bonus)
  • Weekly working hours/days: 48 hours/5 days
  • Benefits and entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), employer's workplace pension, employee care and wellbeing support
