About the Role:
  1. As an experienced Executive Culinary Director, you will oversee all aspects of the professional kitchen, ensuring high standards are maintained.
  2. You will be responsible for managing and motivating your team to achieve exceptional results.
  3. Ongoing training and development opportunities will be offered to enhance the skills of your team members.
  4. You will possess excellent man management and kitchen management skills, inspiring your team with your passion and creativity.
  5. The successful candidate will have experience in preparing good fresh food, maintaining exceptionally high standards of cuisine.

An estimated salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum reflects the level of expertise and responsibility required for this role.

  • A proven track record as a Head Chef or similar position in a high-level establishment.
