We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Care Support Worker. As a Care Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults with learning difficulties and challenging behavior.

About the Role:

  • Provide person-centered care and support to individuals in their own homes or community settings.
  • Assist with daily living tasks, such as personal care, meal preparation, and household management.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, their families, and other professionals.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless delivery of services.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, or Healthcare Assistant is essential.
  • A full UK driving license is required, as you will be expected to drive company cars.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • You must be able to work flexibly, including evenings, weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Able to commit to regular training and development opportunities.
