Payment Engagement Manager

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for payments? Do you have a knack for building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders? We're looking for a Payment Engagement Manager to join our team at Edenred PayTech.

About the Role

The Payment Engagement Manager will be responsible for bridging the gap between our product expertise and client engagement. You will work closely with our PayTech Product and Engineering teams to deliver high-level requirements documentation, business analysis, and project delivery. Your goal will be to propose solutions that meet client requirements, identify gaps in our offering, and advise on reusing existing services where possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of PayTech Go to Market delivery across all business lines.
  • Provide added value to the business lines using a combination of payment expertise and knowledge of PayTech services.
  • Capture client requirements and document them in a clear and concise manner for PayTech Product consumption.
  • Produce functional specifications in sufficient detail for implementation and testing as part of Go to Market delivery.
  • Document processes, product solution overviews, case studies, and brochures to support project and service delivery.
  • Ensure requirements are delivered to technical teams by solving product triage queries with all prerequisites/administration complete.
  • Overall client satisfaction for Edenred business line.

  • Strategic vision for operations and experience in a highly technological environment.

  • Strong communications skills – both written and verbal, and able to adapt language to business and tech audiences.
  • Strong experience on account management.
  • Experience in a corporate client-facing role.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Manage several requests and parallel work streams encompassing IT and ancillary activities.
