At Edenred, we're looking for a skilled Payment Engagement Manager to join our Market Success business unit. This role is a key position that bridges PayTech's Product expertise and platform with client engagement for project and service delivery.

The Payment Engagement Manager will be responsible for carrying out high-level requirements documentation, business analysis, and liaising with the PayTech Product and Engineering teams. This involves proposing solutions to meet client requirements, identifying gaps in PayTech offering and/or project delivery scope, and advising on re-using existing services where possible - all whilst aligning with PayTech Tech and Product roadmap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the implementation of PayTech Go to market delivery across all business lines.
  • Provide added value to the business lines using a combination of payment expertise and knowledge of PayTech services, to offer solutions to requirements, ideally using standard out of box solutions.
  • Capturing client requirements and documenting them in a clear and concise manner for PayTech Product consumption.
  • Produce functional specifications in sufficient detail for implementation and testing as part of Go to Market delivery.
  • Documenting processes, product solution overviews, case studies, and brochures to support project and service delivery as and when required.
  • Ensure requirements are delivered to technical teams by solving product triage queries with all prerequisites/administration complete.
  • Overall client satisfaction for Edenred business line.
  • Proactive and effective client-facing activities.

Requirements:

  • Strategic vision for operations and experience in a highly technological environment.
  • Strong leadership base on values and people respect. Motivator – happy to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communications skills – both written and verbal, and able to adapt language to business and tech audiences.
  • Strong experience on account management.
  • Experience in a corporate client-facing role.
  • Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • Manage several requests and parallel work streams encompassing IT and ancillary activities.
  • Positive attitude and outlook, determined, enthusiastic and resilient.
  • Quick learner within a fast-paced environment.
