Payment Engagement Manager

At Edenred, we're looking for a skilled Payment Engagement Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Market Success business unit, you'll play a crucial role in bridging our Product expertise and platform with client engagement for project and service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the implementation of PayTech Go to market delivery across all business lines.
  • Provide added value to the business lines using a combination of payment expertise and knowledge of PayTech services.
  • Capture client requirements and document them in a clear and concise manner for PayTech Product consumption.
  • Produce functional specifications in sufficient detail for implementation and testing as part of Go to Market delivery.
  • Document processes, product solution overviews, case studies, and brochures to support project and service delivery.
  • Ensure requirements are delivered to technical teams by solving product triage queries with all prerequisites/administration complete.
  • Overall client satisfaction for Edenred business line.
