Job Description

We are seeking a skilled UAT Tester to join our team at Edenred Payment Solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have previous testing experience and the ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment. They will be responsible for validating new and changed products on testing environments to ensure they meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Final gateway validation of new/changed products on testing environments
  • Validation of new/changed products on testing environments from a client's perspective
  • Process improvement to increase efficiencies in current testing processes
  • Logging, tracking, and analysis of issues resulting from internal system integration testing
  • Liaising with internal teams and project managers on issue resolution and retesting
  • Direct support for clients during formal user acceptance testing
  • Contribution to improvements in processes, procedures, and tools used day-to-day
  • Quality assurance of delivered product changes
  • Work effectively with internal teams and project managers to ensure consistency of product changes
  • Engage efficiently with clients during user acceptance testing
  • Communicate clearly on all aspects of internal validation, user acceptance testing, and issue investigation

Requirements

  • Working understanding of SQL, including the ability to write basic-intermediate queries
  • Basic understanding of UNIX commands
  • Technical background and testing experience
  • Manual testing experience
  • Familiarity with XML
