Responsibilities:

As a Senior Housing Manager, your primary responsibilities will include:

  1. Assessing properties using the Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) and determining appropriate courses of action.
  2. Inspecting and licensing HMOs and undertaking regular inspections of all HMOs.
  3. Managing and maintaining the Council owned Hever Road Gypsy and Traveller site and its facilities.
  4. Carrying out regular inspections of mobile park homes and park home sites in accordance with relevant legislation and model standards.

What We Offer:

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role is based at our Council Offices, Argyle Road, Sevenoaks Kent TN13 1HG. We operate a hybrid working model, where your working time will be divided between the office and home working.
