About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Housing Standards Manager to join our team at Kenyon Block Consultants Ltd.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading the licensing and enforcement functions within our Private Sector Housing (PSH) service. You will work closely with our team to ensure that our service is delivering high-quality, robust, and transparent decision-making within tight timeframes.

The successful candidate will have experience of carrying out enforcement-related investigations and preparing cases for legal action. They will also possess the ability to work on own initiative, utilising case management systems to manage, maintain, and monitor their workload.

Additional Requirements
  • Able to work outside normal office hours as required in the interests of the service.
  • Prepared to take responsibility for effective negotiation and conflict resolution to ensure high-quality innovative outcomes.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
