Job Summary
Hatched Recruitment Group is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Housing Standards Specialist. This position involves enforcing, maintaining, and improving private sector housing standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in property inspections, HHSRS assessments, and formal notices.

Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with housing standards.
* Identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance property conditions.
* Collaborate with local authorities to address long-term empty properties and promote energy efficiency.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a related field, preferably in housing enforcement or management.
* Strong knowledge of HHSRS assessments and formal notice procedures.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Salary Estimate: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
