Job Overview

This role is designed for military spouses and individuals with military experience interested in working in the private sector.

As a HR Assistant Apprentice, you will gain valuable experiences and skills in the classroom and on the job, focusing on Amazon's Human Resources department.

Your 25-month apprenticeship will consist of:

  1. Classroom-based/virtual training to cover knowledge
  2. Online learning
  3. Mentoring from our People Experience team members

You will work alongside the team, supporting with day-to-day tasks and learning how Amazon Human Resources work and deliver for its customers.

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
