A New Challenge
Do you want to take on a new challenge and develop your skills in HR? Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a real difference to our organization?

As an Apprentice Project at Virgin, you'll have the opportunity to work closely with our People Team to deliver outstanding results and support to our colleagues. You'll be responsible for answering queries, resolving issues, and ensuring that all processes are running smoothly.

About the Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR and develop your skills in areas such as recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. You'll work closely with senior members of the team to understand the business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs.

You'll also have the opportunity to contribute to projects that aim to improve processes and efficiency across the organization. This could include things like implementing new software systems or streamlining existing processes.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have a strong passion for delivering excellent customer service and a willingness to learn and develop your skills. You'll also need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
