Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as an HR Apprentice at Grosvenor. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in HR and develop their skills and knowledge in this field.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Resourcing to provide support with recruitment activities, including candidate attraction and marketing of vacancies, candidate management, assessment, and communications. You will also be responsible for supporting early careers recruitment, monitoring and updating the applicant tracking system, and managing employee access to online training. Additionally, you will provide administrative support for HR operations, including reference checking and requests, production of employment-related letters, and monitoring of key employment dates and milestones.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with recruitment activities, including candidate attraction and marketing of vacancies, candidate management, assessment, and communications.
  • Support early careers recruitment, including internships, graduates, and apprentices.
  • Monitor and update the applicant tracking system to ensure effective and timely candidate management and communications.
  • Manage employee access to online training, including periodic rollouts of mandatory online training to all employees.
  • Provide administrative support for HR operations, including reference checking and requests, production of employment-related letters, and monitoring of key employment dates and milestones.
