Job Description">

This role combines working as a HR Assistant with continuing your studies to achieve a Level 5 qualification. You'll be part of a supportive team, learning from experienced professionals and developing valuable skills in human resources, communication, and problem-solving. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing administrative support to the HR team
  • Assisting with recruitment and talent management initiatives
  • Maintaining accurate records and data

You'll also have dedicated time to focus on your studies, completing coursework and projects that align with your apprenticeship goals. The on-the-job experience will help you build a portfolio of evidence towards your qualification.

Required Skills and Qualifications">

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A strong foundation in mathematics and English (GCSEs or equivalent)
  • Able to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders
  • Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges
