About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Strategic Account Services Manager to join our team in London, GBR. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or account management experience in E-Commerce, with a proven track record of delivering Amazon paid account management services. As a Strategic Account Services Manager, you will be responsible for creating and articulating compelling value propositions around our Paid Service programs, identifying, qualifying, and engaging with prospective Sellers, and managing a portfolio of Sellers concurrently and strategically to drive sustainable GMS growth. You will also be required to analyze customer data and make recommendations based on our UK2US SAS Playbook, implement and track metrics for recording the success and quality of the sellers in your Seller portfolio, and prepare and deliver business reviews regarding progress and state of health for the respective assigned portfolio. The successful candidate will have a high attention to detail and the management of multiple, competing priorities simultaneously. We offer a competitive estimated salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per year.
