Salary and Job Benefits
This permanent role offers up to £37,000 base salary dependent on experience, plus a 9% employer contributed pension, plus overtime opportunities. You will also receive a generous holiday allowance, employee discounts, and cashback perks.
Job Role and Responsibilities
The successful candidate will work 40 hours, four days a week, on a shift pattern between 7am and 8pm Monday to Sunday. They will be responsible for working as a team member to improve customer claims journey. The ideal candidate must demonstrate empathy and a desire to achieve the correct outcome.
Requirements:
- A valid Category B driving license is necessary.
- NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance.
