Roadside Vehicle Support Specialist

This position is part of a team that provides essential services to motorists in need of roadside assistance across the UK, particularly in the Luton and High Wycombe regions.
Main responsibilities include:
- Carrying out vehicle repairs and maintenance at the roadside location;
- Interacting with customers to determine the root cause of their issues and providing suitable resolutions;
- Collaborating with dispatch teams to optimize customer claim experiences;
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess relevant experience in the automotive repair sector, hold a valid Category B driving license, and have NVQ Level 2 or equivalent certification in light vehicle maintenance.
Benefits Package
