Your Role in This Mission
This permanent position offers you the chance to join our dedicated team of professionals who work tirelessly to provide reliable roadside assistance services across various locations, including Luton, Leighton Buzzard, Letchworth, Stevenage, Hertford, Welwyn Garden City, St Albans, Aylesbury, High Wycombe, Amersham, Chesham, Watford, Potters Bar, or Cheshunt. As a key member of this team, you'll be responsible for improving customer claims journeys and collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared objectives.

The Essentials:
  • Valid Category B driving license required.
  • NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in light vehicle maintenance essential.
  • Empathy and a commitment to achieving excellent outcomes expected.
