Highway Assistance Technician

This role involves working as a technician in a team responsible for providing roadside assistance to motorists based in the UK, specifically around Luton and High Wycombe areas.
Key responsibilities include:
- Carrying out vehicle repairs and maintenance at the roadside;
- Communicating with customers to understand their issues and provide solutions;
- Collaborating with dispatch teams to improve customer claims journeys;
The ideal candidate will have experience in the motor repair industry, a current Category B driving licence, and NVQ Level 2 or similar accreditation in light vehicle maintenance.
Salary Details
We offer a competitive salary of up to £37,000 per annum (OTE 41-45k), including a 9% employer contributed pension and a range of additional benefits such as employee discounts and health insurance options.
