We are seeking a skilled and experienced Roadside Mechanic to join our team in High Wycombe. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing roadside assistance and performing vehicle repairs.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide excellent customer service and support to policyholders.
  • To diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently and effectively.
  • To work collaboratively with the dispatch team to improve the customer claims journey.
Requirements
  • A current Category B driving licence is necessary.
  • NVQ Level 2 or similar type of accreditation in light vehicle maintenance is essential.
  • Demonstrate empathy and a desire to always achieve the correct outcome.
  • Experience of the Motor Repair industry is essential.
