Safety Trainer Role Summary

Bennett and Game Recruitment LTD is looking for an experienced safety trainer to lead their training efforts in South/South East England. This exciting opportunity involves working with a dynamic team to develop and deliver comprehensive safety training programs for employees and contractors.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  1. Design and deliver engaging safety training sessions that meet regulatory requirements.
  2. Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop high-quality training materials and resources.
  3. Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and identify areas for improvement.
  4. Mentor and support junior trainers in developing their skills and expertise.

Requirements and Qualifications

  1. At least 3 years of experience in a safety training role, preferably with a strong background in construction or excavation industries.
  2. Demonstrated expertise in safety regulations, including OSHA and NEBOSH standards.
  3. Relevant certifications in safety training and education.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary of £50,000 per annum, plus private healthcare, gym membership, and other company benefits.
