We are seeking an experienced safety trainer to join our team as a key member. As a safety trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to ensure a safe working environment for our employees.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs for safety procedures and protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop solutions.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and best practices in safety training.
Requirements
- Proven experience in safety training or a related field.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
