Biffa Waste Services Limited is a leading waste management company with over 100 years of history. We operate a diverse fleet of vehicles and equipment across the UK, and we are looking for a skilled HGV Technician to join our team in Waverley Depot (GU9 9PS).

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing vehicles and waste management equipment to ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and DVSA requirements. This will involve carrying out scheduled preventative service and maintenance inspections to meet Biffa's operator's licence commitments.

Salary and Benefits
  • Estimated salary: £20.65 per hour, plus benefits including 21 days holiday + Bank Holidays, Pension Scheme, Employee Referral Scheme, and more.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fully skilled having achieved a full level 3 HGV / PSV apprentice qualification/City and Guilds Qualification/NVQ Qualification.
  • Technician level.

  • IRTEC Qualification desirable.
