Customer Service Manager

**Job Summary**
Four Recruitment Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless and exceptional service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of logistics, internal account executives, and sales support administrators to deliver outstanding customer service.
- Oversee the management of key client accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Develop and maintain key client KPI/SLA dashboards for regular review meetings.
- Manage client contracts, including reviewing aged stock and ensuring timely delivery.
- Lead the client on-boarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new clients.
- Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, account status, and team productivity.
- Project manage the client tender process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information.
- Work closely with marketing to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
- Review and upgrade our CRM systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound sales enquiries, qualifying leads and ensuring timely follow-up.
Requirements:
- Proven track record in a B2B environment managing large contracts.
- Proficiency in CRM software and previous team management experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
