Teaching Assistant Opportunity:
We are looking for a dedicated teaching assistant to join our team and work one-to-one with a Year 3 student who has Autism and lower level ability. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the student in accessing the curriculum and making progress towards their goals.

The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 qualification minimum, extensive experience working with children on a one-to-one basis, particularly those with Autism and lower level ability, and excellent communication skills. As a teaching assistant with Aspire People Limited, you will be part of a dedicated team committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils.

Responsibilities:
  1. Support the student in accessing the curriculum and bridging any gaps in their learning
  2. Encourage and motivate the student to stay on task and manage behavioral difficulties
  3. Communicate effectively with the SENCO, leadership team, and parents
  4. Complete IEPs accurately and record the student's accomplishments and rewards

Estimated Salary: £31,000 per annum depending on experience.
