Regional Commercial Analytics Associate Director

The Regional Commercial Analytics Associate Director plays a pivotal role in driving business growth and strategic decision-making within the International Commercial organization. This role serves as an advisor to regional and country teams, leveraging data and analytics to inform business decisions and drive performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leverage data and analytics to generate actionable insights, providing strategic decision support to regional and country teams.
  • Ensure alignment across International, Regional, and Country teams through consistent tracking of performance metrics.
  • Support change management efforts by building data and digital literacy within the region.
  • Coordinate with countries and International HQ functions for key data, analytics, and market research initiatives.
  • Facilitate business reviews and provide analytical support to the Regional Vice President.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar field and equivalent combined education.
  • Prior commercial experience within a similar field.
  • Strong analytical mindset and digital agility.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage complex projects.
