We're looking for an experienced Senior Employee Experience Partner to join our team on a 9-month Fixed-term contract.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in designing and executing strategies that drive engagement, foster inclusion, and fuel organisational success. You'll have the opportunity to make a real impact by leading the development and delivery of a global strategy that empowers our teams to perform at their best every day.

This role offers a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 27 days holiday, your birthday off, two volunteer days, health cash plan, vision and dental, 24-hour GP appointment, EAP, pension, life insurance, extended maternity/paternity leave, and a dog-friendly office.

What You'll Do:
  1. Develop and Execute an Employee Experience Strategy: Design and deliver a global strategy that reflects Oritain's values and vision, ensuring we offer a world-class employee experience for all colleagues.
  2. Lead Engagement Initiatives: Oversee our Global Engagement Forum, working closely with employee representatives to shape initiatives that create a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  3. Oversee Employee Insights and Action Plans: Manage our employee engagement surveys, analyse insights, and drive meaningful action plans to ensure continuous improvement in engagement and retention.
