Job Description:

We are looking for an Internal Communication and Employee Engagement Manager to lead impactful communication initiatives that foster collaboration, innovation, and employee engagement. You will be responsible for crafting compelling content, facilitating engaging internal events, and managing internal campaigns that recognize and appreciate employees.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in internal communications and employee engagement within a large and complex organization.
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills; video design and editing expertise is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • A creative mindset with the ability to turn complex ideas into engaging, easy-to-understand messages.
  • A collaborative approach with a passion for building a positive workplace culture.
