Role Summary
KM4HR is seeking a highly skilled Senior Employee Engagement Manager to join our team for a 12-month fixed term contract. This role will focus on collecting, analysing and acting on employee feedback to drive organisational change and enhance employee engagement and culture.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of employee experience, employee listening and engagement metrics, with a focus on data analysis and insights. You will work closely with the HR leadership team to identify trends, insights and opportunities to improve employee experience.

A key aspect of this role will be interpreting data and presenting findings to various audiences, turning raw data into actionable recommendations. You will also use your insight to advise leadership teams on areas for improvement based on employee feedback.

This is a hybrid working role requiring 2-3 days travel between the Midlands and London. Flexible travel arrangements can be made to meet business needs. We welcome applications from anywhere within the UK. The estimated salary for this role is £67,500 per annum, depending on experience.
