Job Overview
At Job&Talent, we are seeking a skilled Transport Administrator to join our team in Chesterfield. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in logistics and providing top-notch customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. As a Transport Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all transport functions run smoothly, from debriefing drivers to dispatching them with correct paperwork.

We offer a competitive salary of £13.46 per hour (nights) and £12.35 per hour (days), as well as a range of benefits, including weekly pay, temp-to-perm opportunities, and 28 days of annual leave. Key Responsibilities
• Debriefing drivers and completing trackers throughout the day
• Liaising with the warehouse to provide accurate ETAs for stock arrival
• Dispatching drivers with correct paperwork
• Providing exceptional customer care and building strong relationships internally and externally
• Monitoring routes and escalating any issues to the Team Manager as needed

Requirements
• Admin experience with a focus on logistics and customer service
• Excellent written communication skills and confident telephone manner
• Ability to multitask and prioritize key tasks under pressure
• Full training provided for the right candidate
