Job Description
We are currently recruiting for a Transport Administrator to join our team in Chesterfield. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth delivery of goods and services to our customers. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in logistics and providing top-notch customer service.

The ideal candidate will have excellent administrative skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring that all transport functions run smoothly, from debriefing drivers to dispatching them with correct paperwork. We also require you to liaise with the warehouse to provide accurate ETAs for stock arrival and monitor routes to ensure they are running on time.

As a Transport Administrator, you will work closely with our customer service team to follow up on any transport-related incidents at customer sites. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional customer care and build strong relationships internally and externally. We offer a competitive salary of £13.46 per hour (nights) and £12.35 per hour (days).
